1. Who operates this website

2. What you provide through WhatsApp enquiries
The optional website enquiry form asks for a name, business type and service goal. It prepares a WhatsApp message on your device. The website does not itself create a MYDGID account or store that enquiry in a website database. If you send the message through WhatsApp, your conversation is handled according to WhatsApp’s services and our business communication processes.
3. What you provide when requesting a consultation
The consultation form requests your name, email address, business name, business sector, preferred date, preferred time and reason for a call. Until the Google Calendar booking integration is enabled, the form opens a WhatsApp request for manual confirmation; the website does not hold the slot. Once enabled, the form may send those details to a MYDGID-managed Google Apps Script and Google Calendar service to check availability, create a calendar invitation and send meeting information. The form will disclose which flow is active.
4. Information used to deliver services
After you choose a service plan, we may receive business name, business contact details, website and business listing links, Google account access granted through authorized invitations, campaign-related data, advertising goals, customer communication instructions and documents needed to provide the agreed service. We ask you not to send account passwords over WhatsApp or email.
5. Payments and transaction records
The payment buttons take you to Razorpay-hosted links. We do not collect full card numbers, UPI PINs or banking passwords through this website. We may record invoices, payment amounts, payment references, customer contact information and settlement-related records necessary for billing, accounts and support. Razorpay and payment providers process payment details under their own policies.
6. Why we process information
We use submitted information to respond to enquiries; confirm consultation slots; coordinate account access and onboarding; manage Google Business Profile and Google Search Ads services; provide reports; maintain financial records; prevent misuse; respond to requests; and meet applicable law and legitimate recordkeeping requirements.
7. Service providers and sharing
Depending on your request, information may be processed by Google Calendar/Meet, Google Business Profile, Google Ads, WhatsApp, Razorpay, hosting and email providers. We share information only as reasonably needed to provide services, receive payments, fulfil instructions and comply with applicable law. The use of Google products does not make MYDGID an affiliate of Google.
8. Cookies, analytics and tracking
This website currently does not require an MYDGID account. Some essential hosting functions, browser storage and third-party services may use cookies or similar technologies. If advertising analytics or conversion tracking is introduced later, this notice should be updated to explain the specific tools, purposes and user choices before those tags go live.
9. Retention and security
We retain records for business operations, legal and tax obligations, service support, billing and dispute handling for as long as reasonably necessary. We use appropriate administrative and technical steps to protect business information, although no website or electronic communication can be guaranteed completely secure.
10. Your choices and requests
You may ask to review, correct or request deletion of personal information held under our control, subject to applicable law and accounting record requirements. To withdraw marketing contact permission or raise a privacy concern, contact support@mydgid.online. Deleting records from MYDGID does not automatically delete records held independently by Razorpay, Google or WhatsApp.
11. Children and international customers
Our marketing management services are designed for businesses and their adult representatives. Customers outside India may access the website, while payment and service eligibility depend on supported banking methods, payment provider rules and local laws.
12. Updates to this notice
We may revise this privacy policy as services, booking integrations or legal requirements change. Updated text and the revision date will appear here.
